Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering.

After 12 hours, requests will be denied.

  • However, you can return your order for a full refund once it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Orders are shipped the next day after processing.

We do not ship on weekends.
Please allow extra time during holidays or sale seasons.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2–4 weeks to arrive.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?

  • Prices shown on our site are in GBP (£) and tax-free.

  • Depending on your country, you may be liable for paying duties and taxes upon receipt of your order.

  • Your local customs office determines these fees, which are your responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays.

When will I receive my refund?
